Location

ArthroCare is situated at 19A Guildford Road Mt Lawley (on the corner of Park Road and Guildford Road) just behind Keystone Realty and across the road from the side/rear entrance to Stanbridges Hobby Shop. See map below. Our rooms are a red brick building in Park Road with an ArthroCare sign on the front lawn.

Driving from the northern suburbs, access is easiest from Walcott Street via Farnley Street. We suggest you turn left into Farnley Street from Walcott Street and turn first right into Park Road.

Driving from Perth City along Lord Street turn left at Walcott Street (at the Walcott Street traffic lights) and turn first right into Farnley Street and first right into Park Road.

Bus services to the district and via Guildford Road are as follows: 55, 48, 43 and 42 (please check this information with Transperth 136213).

Parking available – on-site bays and free 2 hour council street parking is available.

Manjimup/Bridgetown Services

Dr Carroll conducts clinics in Manjimup and Bridgetown by agreement with the Warren District Health Authority. Currently two day clinics are scheduled in March, July and November each year. The fee for soft tissue injections is required to cover the costs for consumables such as sterile dressing packs, antiseptic, needles, syringes, local anaesthetic and injectable medication.

It would be appreciated if accounts were settled on the day of consultation. If this is not possible I do ask that payment of the GAP be made on the day of consultation. Cheques are accepted and facilities for credit card and EFTPOS payment are available. No credit card surcharges are payable.
